Great for a single class, club, or small program. Up to 25 students, max 2 faculty/staff (includes owner), 1 group, text-only chat, announcements, roll call, check-ins, and 1 limited trip group per year. Guardian accounts not available.

Program Standard

$300 / year

Ideal for larger programs like band, theater, or athletics. Up to 50 students, max 4 faculty/staff (includes owner), up to 3 groups, chat + announcements, check-ins with photos (30-day retention), and 2 trip groups per year. Guardian access: read-only, max 100 accounts.

Program Plus

$600 / year

For programs that need full features and capacity. Up to 75 students, max 10 faculty/staff (includes owner), unlimited groups, full calendar, trip and event tools, 500 photos/year cap, and full guardian messaging (max 200 guardian accounts).
